You are a Lion!
Lions have a general characteristic, they gain weight rather quickly.
Lions have trouble processing carbohydrates and sugar. If you are a Lion it is important to understand that your daily diet is key to your energy levels and the wrong combinations of foods can throw your chemistry off and stress your body by disrupting the stress response. The Lion metabolism tends to function better on more sleep. Recuperation for Lions is key. Lions are solid, more muscular and built for strength. Very similar to Lions in the wild—they are usually lounging until it’s time to go to work or hunt. They are made for bursts of power and a huge consideration for them is exercise. Lions burn fat when they walk—not when they run. If a Lion exercises too hard, their body will not recuperate and they will gain weight. The reason is the particular way the Lion metabolism handles stress and how their hormones communicate with each other.
Remember, exercise is one of the three forms of stress so if you exercise out of your zone your body will feel over exerted and the results will be negative. Your body does not know the difference between a spinning class and running from a pack of wolves. It just responds.
Lions are walkers, do not go overboard with exercise or carbs!
