Always remember if your body’s stress response is not balanced, you will store fat mass. It is very common to hear Cheetahs say they were never overweight when they were younger. As they aged, their bodies were unable to handle stress the same way resulting in weight gain. It is very common to hear cheetahs say: “Before age 30 I could eat whatever I wanted and I never gained weight. It was after thirty that I started gaining.”
